- Start on your hands and knees 
- Elevate one arm and the opposite leg
- Tuck in both your elbow and your knee before extending back out
- Complete 20 seconds each side!

Bird dog

- Keep your hand underneath your shoulder, and feet stacked on top of each other
- Dip your hips down then back up engaging your core
- Complete 20 seconds each side!

Side plank hip dips

- Begin in a high plank position
- Brace your core and raise your opposite leg and arm up in a controlled motion.
-Place your foot down first for better control down and then your hand. 
- Alternate sides

High plank opposite toe touch

- Place your arms extended by your sides 
- Raise your legs until you reach 90 degrees
- At the top raise your hips off the ground
