- Bench leg dips 
- Scissors
- High and low
- In and outs

-Lay your back on the edge of a bench and be sure that your lower back is supported on the bench.
- Grabs the bench above your head for support.
- Reach your toes as far down as they can go and lift them up toward the sky. 
- Bring your knees to your chest

- Lay on your back holding a dumbbell at arms length
- Kick your legs back and forth in a scissor movement

Scissors

- Start in an elbow plank position with your hips low
- Raise your hips into the air and then back to low

High and low

- Lay on your back extending your body in and out in a crunch to extension motion
