Again! Love this stage of the programme!! The Sled is my absolute favourite and as I progress I am confident in missing a few movements (timing for me) then going heavy on the sled and knowing that's putting all those leg and glutes to use! πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯
