The workout was excellent, but very challenging. I actually used my public gym this evening and doing the incline barbell press on the smith machine really allowed me to focus on contracting my chest (I started feeling it in my chest early) vs barbell free-weight
…yes, I felt the entire workout.

Awesome workout, my gym is crowded and I’m finding myself having to substitute some of the workouts with machines. I hope that’s not a bad thing, can’t really do nothing else.
