INCLINE SMITH MACHINE CHEST PRESS

- From an incline bench and a dumbbell in each hand
- Lower dumbbells down to the chest keeping wrists neutral
- Straighten elbows and press back up

INCLINE DUMBBELL CHEST PRESS

FLAT DUMBBELL CHEST PRESS

- Keep bend in elbow constant throughout the full ROM
- Achieve a good stretch at the bottom

INCLINE DUMBBELL FLY

HIGH CABLE FLY

- Keep your elbows close to your temples
- Bend at the elbows to lower dumbbell down behind your head
- Extend your arms engaging your triceps to bring the dumbbell back up
-Don't lock elbows

This was definitely one of the most challenging leg routines I’ve done, I almost did not finish it, but kept pushing & completed it fully. I for sure performed 10 minutes of stretching before & after this routine for I felt every muscle in my legs during and after. This routine was brutal but yet very beneficial.

I love it ! 
But the first set of pull up is always my fear.

I added 3 sets of cleans and 4 sets of front squat after wide grip lat pull down. I could feel the front squats in my back for sure
