Training Requirements

My workouts are done at a commercial gym and home gym. Home gym workouts include dumbbells only and barbell and dumbbell workouts. My commercial gym workouts are focused on using minimum equipment. This means I prefer to train with free weights and the basic machines. As the saying goes "if it ain't broke don't fix it"...we don't need fancy equipment for results!
