I have done about 3 weeks twice of rising up stronger I started your programs in lock down a couple years ago but always ended up doing flows and giving up on the strength in afraid of and stands I can kick up so my back is to the wall and never walk my belly to it and today I did it so it was exciting!! The blocks hurt my wrists but I did it
