Awesome warm up! Only thing that would be more beneficial if it was set up like an IG story so you can skip forward or backwards to the exercise you want to see instead of having to watch the whole routine over and over again! Thank you!

Nice warmup. I am just use to counting and sets. I added some squats and lunges also.
