I love this class for a post weight lifting drill sesh! The first 10 minutes is demo and explanation so once you’ve done that part, you can skip through and it’s a fun15 minute session that always inspires me to keep practicing inversions a little longer! Thanks Erin! More short handstand drill classes please!
