Join Erin for a quick burn! Today we focus on arms and legs. A light set of weights could be helpful but body weight is also awesome!!! This class is Barre influenced meaning we will move at a faster pace with alot of reps!

I love this class so much for a quick burner flow + workout! It flows nicely and i like the many reps that get you feeling it! Plus the beach background is always nice ✨
