That was so wonderful! It’s my first day of a new semester and I wanted to start it right- so I grabbed some tea and did this class- I feel so good now!

This was wonderful! I threw my back out four days ago and have been immobile since. This morning I just needed to move! These movements were gentle enough to perform! I may do this a few times through out the next couple days because gentle movement encourages healing for this particular injury. Thank you for this!
