Workout is awesome — just some guidance on how much we should be aiming for on weights (ex to failure/a few reps early, whatever) would be super helpful! But kickass start to the program 💪

Haven’t done a bro split in a long time, keen to see how it goes. Haven’t done cardio like this in a long time, so is definitely challenging. Really keen to see how I feel in 3 weeks time.
