It was a good workout even had the 5 year old have a little fun but I broke a sweat for sure legs near gave out on last exercise

It was def tough. I couldn’t complete the whole thing since I’m coming back to exercise after a long hiatus, but I’m going to come back tomorrow and do D1 again! I’ll move onto D2 when I can complete D1 and hopefully keep progressing from there.
