Hi there! I'm Tomi Awoderu, otherwise known as Midas and I'm here to help you in achieving the best version of yourself.
I've been training since I was 13 using my bodyweight as my main source of resistance. I began weight training with Dumbbells at 16 and eventually added a lot of other equipment like the Barbell, Kettlebell, Resistance Bands, and Gym Equipment to my training around the age of 18.
I'm a firm believer in training hard and being consistent to reach any fitness goal. My favourite training equipment are Dumbbells due to the versatility and ability to use them for every single training goal there is.
I train as a Hybrid athlete - I combine Calisthenics, HIIT, and Strength training to build Strength/Sizeand still maintain explosiveness and agility.
