Hi there! I'm Tomi Awoderu, otherwise known as Midas and I'm here to help you in achieving the best version of yourself. I've been training since I was 13 using my bodyweight as my main source of resistance. I began weight training with Dumbbells at 16 and eventually added a lot of other equipment like the Barbell, Kettlebell, Resistance Bands, and Gym Equipment to my training around the age of 18. I'm a firm believer in training hard and being consistent to reach any fitness goal. My favourite training equipment are Dumbbells due to the versatility and ability to use them for every single training goal there is. I train as a Hybrid athlete - I combine Calisthenics, HIIT, and Strength training to build Strength/Sizeand still maintain explosiveness and agility.


When you train with me, my goal is to help you: - Improve Strength Level. - Build Lean Muscle Mass. - Lower Body Fat %. - Improve Agility and Explosiveness. - Improve Mobility.

Training Requirements

The first and foremost thing you'll need is motivation and the willingness to succeed. My no equipment/bodyweight routines require nothing. Other workouts I'll be posting on here might require one or more of the following: - Dumbbells (Most Common Equipment I'll use) - A Barbell and Plates - Yoga Mat (Always Optional) - Gym Membership (Only for Gym workouts/Programs)
