This was my first workout back from a 2 week break. I really like it. It definitely challenged me but I was able to keep up. I surely worked up a sweat and I feel the tightness in my muscles. I canβt wait to do day 2!!

Started back my workout after a 5 month hiatus with this. Great one to get back into itπ not too intense, not too chill, just nice π
