Hey there and welcome! I couldn’t be happier to have you! Before we jump into why you might be here, let me introduce myself. My name is Rodrigo Navarro, am a certified personal trainer with 5+ years experience working with clients both in the gym and online Just as many of us do, I threw myself into athletics for most of my life. I grew up playing competitive soccer up until college. I realized that I loved the game but I wasn’t going very far with it. I started up my fitness journey back in 2013 and quickly fell in love with bodybuilding. Fitness intrigued me so much that I decided to study Kinesiology and receive my bachelor’s degree in rehab & therapeutic exercise. Since graduating from Cal State Los Angeles I got certified to be a personal trainer in 2018. I have been 100% plant based for 2 years now and have reaped all the benefits from a vegan diet. I now have helped plenty of clients transition themselves into this healthy lifestyle by guiding then with their nutrition and overall well being. I am an educator and innovator, with a distinct respect for old school bodybuilding techniques. I plan to lead by example and provide a “no- nonsense” approach to vegan fitness/bodybuilding.
My goal is to provide you killer workouts that will challenge your strength, endurance, & everything else you thought you knew about strength training. I get in the trenches with you by completing the workouts before I post them up so you can follow along with me. These are the exact workouts that I have been implementing in my 8 years of bodybuilding. My program is challenging, effective, and will help you break through plateaus whether you’re trying to build muscle or drop body fat.
Training Requirements
To follow along my program you’ll want to have a gym membership. Many members choose to lift from home, but it all depends on how much equipment you have available. A full gym setup is ideal!
