This can be done preworkout (no need to do all three sets unless you need it tho, you can lower it to two or even one set each depending how warmed up/mobile you’re feeling that day.

I'm dealing with some serious shoulder pain while also training up for a strongman competition, so between a targeted trainer regime, and PT, I also need all the shoulder/arm stretches I can get. This has been great, thank you!
