I first became active at a very young age. I believe this helped lay some of the mindset foundations for fitness but when I quit sports, I needed something new. I started on my own at the gym and after nearly a decade of finding my own way, I’ve managed to craft and maintain the physique I have today.
As someone who has always kept to myself, fitness was something I needed in my life but didn’t necessarily feel inclined to share with others. It wasn’t until recently much more recent in my fitness journey that I realized I could really help other people.
