Online personal trainer

I first became active at a very young age. I believe this helped lay some of the mindset foundations for fitness but when I quit sports, I needed something new. I started on my own at the gym and after nearly a decade of finding my own way, I’ve managed to craft and maintain the physique I have today. As someone who has always kept to myself, fitness was something I needed in my life but didn’t necessarily feel inclined to share with others. It wasn’t until recently much more recent in my fitness journey that I realized I could really help other people.

What are the goals of the program?
Dynamic stretches are to help you prepare for your workout and get warmed up!! Warming up is very important for improved performance and keeping your muscles safer! Static stretches are a great for post workout and increasing flexibility!
How to schedule the program into a week?
Do dynamic prior to exercise! You can do your static stretches after each time you workout or around 3-4x per week.
