Pouch pulverized AND this awesome sequence. I have to say my leg lifts at the end look like I’m dragging a hundred pounds on each leg and I am huffing. One day I’ll be as spiffy as you Paloma! Monday workout done and now I’m going to eat dinner 😊✨👊🏻
