Catching up and feeling so strong. Iβm getting so much more toned in my arms. And especially this sequence.. arm workout to the max. Just simply balancing on your hands works your shoulders so much. Who needs weights when you got yourself! ππͺπ»

Itβs 11:20pm . I was going to do day 7 tomorrow. I took a shower, put my jammies on and decided I had enough energy to at least do half of day 7 today. So tomorrow wonβt be too killer. Letβs see though if I can go to sleep π€£π€ͺ
