I loved it. Following this flow allowed my body to come into the wheel pose, for the first time managing to almost straighten my hands and legs, and also being able to completely turn my gaze down on the mat (first time as well!). I always struggled with backbends, although I am now considered to be intermediate level.

❤️ that was intense with a metal rod in my spine still did the best i could and would break when my body told me too.
