Great slow flow! You forgot to repeat low lunge and twist with the right foot back, left foot forward.

By 1. simplifying your instructions - no need to repeat “now we are going to... and now we are gonna... - I suggest just “release your hands... bend your knees...” etc. 2. Being a little bit more specific about the body parts, muscles and the movements one is doing with those - naming them more specifically and using more concise and accurate language.
