Dumbbell Shoulder Press

Front raises, side lateral, rear flys combo

Side lateral raises variation

Make sure to use light weights, so you can control the weight. Do as many reps as you can.

Shoulder front raises variation

The main key is to pull the weight with your trapezius muscles and not your arms. 
Adjust the weight accordingly to your traps strength. 

I usually use 1 - 2 (45lbs) plates on each side
