Hey guys, hope everyone had an amazing weekend.
Today we are starting the week with a MASSIVE Chest Workout💪
✅Please read the descriptions, it’s very important.
Have a great workout and thank you for the support Fam 🙌

We will do pyramid sets until we hit the heaviest weight close to your PR for 1 Rep and then we will start dropping the weight but still go heavy but for higher reps, you'll feel much stronger during your whole workout, believe me
Example of how I did it 👇
1. Set 135lb - 5 reps 
2. Set 185 lb - 2 reps
3. Set 225 lb 2 reps
4. Set 275 lb 1 rep
5. Set 315 lb 1 rep
6. set 355lb 1 Rep
7. Set 385lb 1 rep, that was my MAX, please ask to spot you someone 
8. Set 315 lb 7 reps, rep range will be different for everyone, it's just and idea how it should work
9. Set 225 lb I did for 24 reps, rep range will be different here as well

Keep the rest time Short in the beginning, when you'll come closer to the set 5, take a rest for about 60-70 sec between sets

Bench Press

Since you already warmed up you can jump on the heaviest weight right the way, but this time with each set we will start dropping the weight
Example of my workout 
1. Set 130 pound Dumbbells 10-12 reps
2. Set 120 pounds 
3. Set 110 pounds 
4. Set 100 pounds
5. Set 90 pounds

Incline Dumbbell Press

Here I did pyramid set again, increasing the weights slowly 
1. Set 40 pounds dumbbells
2. Set 50 pounds 
3. Set 60 pounds
4. Set 70 pounds
5. Set 75 pounds

Incline Dumbbells Flyes

Cable Flyes

1. Place one dumbbell in each hand. Extend your arms over your chest with the palms facing each other. Keep the elbows slightly bent and soft.
2. Keep a strong back and core while you inhale and extend the weights back and over your head. Take about 3–4 seconds to reach a fully extended position where the weights are behind (but not below) your head. Keep the elbows soft.
3. Once you reach full extension, exhale slowly and return your arms to the starting position over your chest.

On week 5 now of the Summer Shred. Going from heavy weight and low reps to these more moderate weight and many reps is amazing. I feel and look 10 times better. I feel like I’ve accomplished something each and every day.
