Today we train Chest! And it will be the juiciest Chest Workout So Far! 🔥

Let’s Work🙌

Do 2 warm up sets
And then for your 4 working sets
Try to pick the heaviest weight you can perform for 10 - 12 reps with a great for! Meaning feeling your muscles, stretching and Squeezing with every single rep

Flat Dumbbell Chest Press

Try to pick the heaviest weight you can perform for 10 - 12 reps with a great for! Meaning feeling your muscles, stretching and Squeezing with every single rep

Incline Dumbbell Chest Press

I’m using two plates of 10 lbs
The point is to squeeze your chest muscles very hard and perform this exercise fairly slow to really feel that burn

We do this exercise till failure
45 sec rest between

Plates Chest Press Variation

Concentrate on stretching and Squeezing

15 reps for each side

Single Arm Pec Deck Fly

Pick medium to heavy weight and  try to go to failure with every single set

Decline Hex Press

5 sets with minimum rest 
In Last two sets perform superset with push ups till failure

Cable Chest Fly
