Weights used

2 warm up sets
60lbs - 7 reps
75lbs - 6 reps

Working sets

90lbs - 12 reps
100lbs - 12 reps
105lbs - 10 reps
110lbs - 10 reps

Dumbbell Shoulder Press

Side Lateral to Front Raises Variation
14 - 20 reps total

Alternating  Dumbbell Front Raises

10 reps each side

You can try to use heavier weights for this exercise. I’m using 60lbs

12 reps for each side

Single Arm Dumbbell Upright Row

As you can see I’m lifting the plate in 3 different hight levels. Torso line, chest and a bit above shoulders

12 - 14 total reps

Plate front Raises Variation

The main key is to pull the weight with your trapezius muscles and not your arms. 
Adjust the weight accordingly to your traps strength. 

I usually use 1 - 2 (45lbs) plates on each side

On week 5 now of the Summer Shred. Going from heavy weight and low reps to these more moderate weight and many reps is amazing. I feel and look 10 times better. I feel like I’ve accomplished something each and every day.
