Really loved this class. I enjoyed getting into the outer hips with the horizons pose.

Loved this one for what it is! However I don't think I could make this a part of every bike ride due to the length. With a 40 hr work week and 10 hours of riding, 15-20 minutes would be a good length if possible. That being said, I'll probably just skip the first bit for not.
