Welcome to the Road Biker Special! This series is your go to for pre & post ride practices to boost your performance. Not a road biker? This series can still benefit you. We’ll cleanse the sinuses to get you breathing better in and out of your nose, work with controlled breath to build some heat & increase lung capacity, warm you up to get you ready for a long ride, help you unwind & release tension you’ve built up from intense physical exercise, find gratitude four your physical body and lastly we’ll target the deep knots with a roller to leave you feeling fully restored. You can practice these in any order. The warm up flows are strong. Come back often and pay attention to the changes. Always honor your body and back off when you need to. I hope you enjoy.

About Nick Makuch
Online personal trainer
I am a yoga teacher who is passionate about wellness and inspiring others to find their yoga practice. As someone who’s experienced four knee surgeries, a broken neck & back, a wrist operation and several broken bones I thought my body was destined to be less mobile, more achy and in a constant state of discomfort but I was wrong. I’ve overcome the odds, shocked doctors and have blown my own mind with a consistent yoga practice. I want to change the minds of those who think there’s no hope.
In 2019, I traveled to the holy city of Rishikesh for my first training. In June of 2022 I went back and have since furthered my learning with Kayla Nielsen; accumulating 900 hours of training in ashtanga & vinyasa yoga.
I’ll be sharing a mix of full length flows, short flows, mindfulness practices, and what’s helped me on my recovery journey.

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
