I like the workout a lot - it would be helpful to know how many of each exercise is a set - example front and back lunges (swing) is front back count as one or each lunge one. And should I be alternating sides or 10 per leg?

It’s a great workout. It’s still challenging for me to complete in the time allotted. By the way, I find the band workout cumbersome. I’ve started it twice and have never finished it.
