        Functional Strength Coach & Runner

        Hi, my name is Klabera -- or as you may know me on IG, Daily Runner Girl. I am here to help you bring strength to running and unleash your most unstoppable self yet. I grew up as a figure skater and ended up touring the world for 10 years performing in ice shows. During this time, I found my love of fitness & WELLNESS. Fast forward, I got certified as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and my favorite, functional strength coach. I found my love of running and racing in 2021 when I completed my first half marathon, and as most of us, I was HOOKED. I love the feeling of training, being an athlete, and seeing what my body can do. I am here to help YOU feel the same way. Together, and with the right tools, we can become.... UNSTOPPABLE.         What makes this app different? How do I know it will work for me?
        If you haven’t had success with other workout apps in the past, it’s understandable to be skeptical. But with the right guidance, support, and fresh content, you can achieve the results you want. Instead of static programs or PDFs with no assistance, this platform offers dynamic, interactive workouts. New programs and instructional videos are added! regularly to keep you motivated and engaged. Plus, if you ever need help, you can reach out directly for questions, feedback, or to share your progress!
        I’m a beginner, is this for me?
        No matter where you are in your running or fitness journey, I can help you succeed. Workouts and programs are designed for all levels.. You’ll be provided with easy-to-follow videos and clear instructions, ensuring you can perform each exercise safely and effectively.
        Do I need to purchase equipment?
        It depends on the workout! Make sure to check out each program to see what is required to complete it. BUT I am a minimal equipment girl so my equipment is limited to dumbbells, kettlebells, a box, and a few bands!
        How much does this cost?
        After your FREE 7 day trial, you have two options! The monthly subscription at $19.99 or the annual subscription at $119 (comes out to $9.92 a month! 50% off a monthly). You will maintain access to all of my new programs and additions! YOU decide but the annual subscription will be the cheapest option long term :)
