Become the strongest runner you can be and use this program to compliment your running training! There are 5 training days per week BUT you can cater this program to your running load. Running 1-2x per week: follow the program exactly Running 3x per week: 2-3 strength + 1 injury prevention day Running 4-5x per week: 2x strength +1 injury prevention day + 1 mobility/activation Running 6x per week - 1-2x strength + 1-2 x mobility/injury prevention You own this FOREVER so use it time & time again when incorporating running into your fitness routine.

Hi, my name is Klabera -- or as you may know me on IG, Daily Runner Girl. I am here to help you bring strength to running and unleash your most unstoppable self yet. I grew up as a figure skater and ended up touring the world for 10 years performing in ice shows. During this time, I found my love of fitness & WELLNESS. Fast forward, I got certified as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and my favorite, functional strength coach. I found my love of running and racing in 2021 when I completed my first half marathon, and as most of us, I was HOOKED. I love the feeling of training, being an athlete, and seeing what my body can do. I am here to help YOU feel the same way. Together, and with the right tools, we can become.... UNSTOPPABLE. Yes, of course! Everything can be modified, reps can be lowered, and you are empowered to make this YOURS!
What equipment will I need?
I love using free weights for convenience (& I find them effective) - you will need the below for this program: - Dumbbells - Kettlebells - ANY band - A bench/box/sturdy step
