Hold a plate or dumbbell and extend out to a hollow hold, tuck in and place the weight on your shins, extend back out and repeat.

Weighted Tuck-ins

Do reps on both sides. Lay on your side and do a v-up pulling up with your obliques (side of abs). Put the weight on your hip/side of glute and leave bottom arm down to stabilize.

Oblique V-ups

Reps are total. Do a bicycle crunch and hold a dumbbell moving it through your legs during the bicycle crunch

Weighted Figure 8 Bicycle

Weighted Toe Touch Crunch

Kneeing, put one slider under one hand and slide out keeping your core tight. Other arm that is not on the slider is doing a tricep push-up motion
