Hi I’m Jessica, proud Air Force & Navy Veteran, Wife, and Mom of one! I am also a Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach with NASM. I'm a beginner, is your program for me?
No matter where you are on your fitness journey, my programs are for everyone! Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, all exercises will have simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
Whether you have a gym membership & just need a program to follow, or you workout at home and need direction. I have programs using whatever equipment you have available to you!
