Frequently asked questions

What Equipment is Needed for the Home Program?
All that is needed for my Home Program is Resistance Bands (Handles/Ankle Straps or Round Band, and Mini/Booty Bands), Dumbbells, and a Flat Bench (or workouts can be done lying on floor or using a chair/coffee table)
How Many Days a Week is This Program?
Typically it will be 4 days a week, if you can only do 3, I'd recommend skipping one of the 2 leg days
I'm a beginner, are your programs for me?
No matter where you are on your fitness journey, my programs are for everyone! Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, all exercises will have simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
