This 1 Week Full Body Resistance Band program will show you muscle specific exercises that will give you a total body workout by the end of the week. It's also perfect for when you are going on vacation or won't have access to weights. Stay consistent with your workouts when you're away from home. All exercises will either use Bands or Body weight.

Frequently asked questions
What Equipment Will I Need?
Preferably you will need both regular Resistance Bands (Either the big round ones or handled ones that can anchor into a door) and Mini Bands (or most commonly known as booty bands). However, if you don't have mini bands, those exercises can be done with body weight only.
