My 4-week Glute focused program can be done at home or the gym. All you need are dumbbells and a booty band! Work out 4 times a week and slowly build up your lower body strength. This program will have your booty looking lifted and legs more toned.

What Equipment Do I need?
For the booty program you only need Dumbbells and Mini Bands, although most of the exercises you could also just do body weight only!
Can I do this alongside another Program?
Of course! Especially if you're doing the 28 Day Core Challenge, or one of my other programs you can tack these onto any of them :)
