Guys. This isn’t your typical program. This is a cool one. You’re very clearly explained how to go on this journey with awareness of self and understanding what you’re actually dealing with besides a blanket idea of pelvic floor dysfunction. You’re not only learning to get to the root of your problem(s), but nip them in the bud also.
