My go to 30 min abs workout for that beach body 6 pack and strong functional core.

You can use cable or band.
3 sets each side (6 set total)

Stand side on 
Walk out till your under adequate resistance for your core strength 

Press out from your chest & hold 
Hold for 20 seconds. (You should feel this in your abs and obliques)

Pallof Press

Slow & controlled 
If your swinging it’s wrong.
Tuck hips forward 
If you can’t do them with legs straight do knees bent.

Hanging Leg Raises

Deeper range push up with scapula press hold 

This is a great functional core strengthening movement.

KB Push Up with Scap Hold

Controlled and slow 
Work at your level. 
If this is too hard use normal sit ups

GHD Sit Ups

Hit those side abs (obliques) 
Controlled and slow is key 🔑 
Alternating sides for 10 reps

GHD twist up
