Great at home workout for the glutes if you have one dumbbell! If not use a heavy water bottle!

Bit confused by when to take the rest breaks. The timer would be useful if it ran for a full round including breaks.
Also a little more insight into warm up/cool down exercises!
Otherwise a good selection of excercises. Thanks!
