*Brush your teeth with non dominant hand - every morning  - Ankle rotations (5 variations)  x 10 of each - Stretching routine (Wrists, cowboy, leg swings, lateral swings, knee to chest, worlds best stretch) - 100 yard strides  x 8 - 100 yard reverse bear crawl  x 1 - Tennis ball hand eye coordination  x 200 wall taps, 100 each side - Jump rope  x 5 min, every time you mess up (3 pushups)  - Calf raises 30 x 4
