*Brush your teeth with non dominant hand  Every morning  - Ankle rations (5 Variations) 10/10/10/10/10 - Stretching routine (Wrists, cowboy, leg swings, lateral swings, knee to chest, worlds best stretch) - Single leg uphill 40ish yards x 4 each side (8 total)  - Tennis ball hand eye coordination 200 wall taps, 100 each side chest sprints (Start on your stomach at the starting Line, sprint 40 yards. Walk back and repeat, walking back is the rest. x 12) - High plank  x 1 min  - Side plank neck turn  x 30 sec each side  - Low plank x 2 min

I saw chest sprints in description but couldn't find it as I went through it. But those kill me anyway, so I'm hitting them next time no matter what
