Day 9: FLEO Giveaway (Read Description!)

-Run in place doing high knees
-Perform a touch down 
-Repeat for both sides

High knee touch downs

-Perform a bodyweight good morning into a half burpee
-Repeat for time or reps required

Good morning half burpee

-Perform a seated leg raise for each leg
-Get into e reverse plank position 
-Perform plank marches for each leg
-Repeat sequence

Leg raise plank march

-Lower into the bottom position of a squat
-Hold bottom position and raise up onto your toes
-Lower heals to ground and stand up
-Repeat

Squat calf raise

-Start in a plank position
-Rotate to one side raising your arm to the sky and return 
-Lower to the bottom of a pushup 
-Pivot back onto your elbows
-Reverse back to hands and push yourself up 
-Repeat

Plank rotation to tiger bend push-ups

SO TIRED 😮‍💨😮‍💨 feeling my arms from yesterdays push-ups too! Also I just spent the past two days island hopping to see Mauna Loa and slept only for 2 hours at night and then today for a little 4 hour power nap…off to do school now 💀😂 I’m exhausted but worth it all!

So I couldn't figure out a way to modify archers with my broken wrist so I did regular push ups elbow on block.   Still a sweaty mess!

Can’t believe HIITMAS is almost over 😭❤️ Good job everyone for making it this far! Today was a little tough for me mostly because I’m still feeling the travel exhaustion 😂 I loved the leg raises though! 👍
