Day 2: Repwax Giveaway

repeat circuit 2-3 times threw with 30 seconds rest between exercises and rounds

-Broad jump forward 
-Back peddle  to the starting position in short shuffle steps 
-Repeat

Long jump to back peddle

( make these EXPLOSIVE... knee tucks, high jumps, whatever that may be )⁣

Burpee to jumping toe touch

-Start in a push-up plank position
-Perform a push-up
-Perform some mountain climbers
-Perform a sit back 
-Repeat sequence

Push-up mountain climber sit back

-Get down onto your knees one leg at time 
-Stand back up to the bottom of a squat one leg at a time
-Jump up out of the squat
-Repeat sequence

Knee drop squat jump

-Lay down at full body extension 
-Perform a V up
-Repeat for desired reps

V up (outside)

-Shuffle side to side tapping the ground as you reverse direction 
-Repeat for desired reps or time
