Day 6: Cozy Candid Box Giveaway (Read description!)

-Start in a push-up plank position
-Drive your knees forward on at a time 
-Repeat back and forth rapidly

Mountain climber

-Drop to your hands then take your full body down to the ground
-Do a push-up, and pop back up to your feet 
-Jump up and reach overhead as you do 
-Repeat

Burpee

-Lower into the bottom of a squat
-Pivot side to side in a lunge position back and forth

Lunge twist

-Start in push-up plank position 
-Lower yourself down to and elbow plank and back up one arm at a time 
-Repeat

Plank drop

-Start in a push-up plank position 
-Bring your foot under and across your body kicking it out to the opposite side
-Return to starting position and alternate legs back and forth in rapid motion

Kick sit

-Drop down into the bottom of a squat and explode up and out into a jumping jack 
-Repeat for time or reps required

Explosive jumping jack

-Lay on your back 
-Do bicycle kicks back and forth for time or reps required
