Day 1: TRUFF Giveaway (Read description!)

-Broad jump forward landing safely
- Back peddle to the starting position 
-Repeat

Long jump back peddle

- Perform a broad jump using your arms for momentum
- Land softly
- Place your hands on the floor to perform a burpee
- Repeat

Broad jump burpee

-Start in a push-up plank position 
- Perform some mountain climbers
-Perform a shoulder tap to each shoulder
-Repeat sequence

-In a low position shuffle side to side
-Tap the inside of your outside foot before switching directions
-Repeat back and forth

-Step forward into a front lunge 
-As you step up out of lunge knee drive upwards and return to front lunge position

SO TIRED 😮‍💨😮‍💨 feeling my arms from yesterdays push-ups too! Also I just spent the past two days island hopping to see Mauna Loa and slept only for 2 hours at night and then today for a little 4 hour power nap…off to do school now 💀😂 I’m exhausted but worth it all!

So I couldn't figure out a way to modify archers with my broken wrist so I did regular push ups elbow on block.   Still a sweaty mess!

Can’t believe HIITMAS is almost over 😭❤️ Good job everyone for making it this far! Today was a little tough for me mostly because I’m still feeling the travel exhaustion 😂 I loved the leg raises though! 👍
