Find a band that you can pull apart and keep tension through your entire movement.

Band Pull Apart

Find a band that allows you to increase your mobility by warming up your shoulders And back.

Band Over and Back

Hold bands under your feet or dumbbells by your side, palms facing forward and elbows out to the sides and bent at 90 degrees . Extend through your elbows to press the weights or band above your head. Keep core tight.

Banded shoulder press

Lie down on the floor.

Pull belly button in
Lift slowly to the top and slowly roll your spine back down one vertebra at a time. 

*30 seconds left arm 
*30 seconds right arm

*For modification do without weight 

*if using bands anchor low to a door.

1 arm crunch

Bridge with bicep curl resistance band

Close Row

•Prop your head neck and shoulders on a bench or ball.
•Elevate your Hips and glutes as you press them through the ceiling 
•Bring the dB back so you feel a good stretch through your tri’s and down through your lats then pull back up to your belly
•soft elbows but not bent

DB Pullover

Raise to your shoulders, rotate as though you are driving a car.

Keep your core engaged!

Hold those drivers and burn out on your last rep for as long as possible

Front Raise w/ Drivers

Anchor high with a cable at the gym or at home with a door.

*Pretend as though your spine is curling one vertebrae at a time as you pull your band down close to your body.

Band/Cable Ab Tuck
