1. If jumping isn’t for you it’s okay. Skip the jump and just squat.
2. Press out at the top!

Squat press out/Jump Squat press out

Keep your hands elevated at straight out from your shoulders. Bring your hands right to your shoulders as you bend at your elbows. 

As you are rolling your spine down one vertebrae at a time to engage your core you will shoulder press up.

Reverse down the same way your went up!

Bicep Curl Shoulder press with a Roll down.

Start in plank position on your forearms. Push up with left arm, then right, and lower back down. Alternate hands.

Monkey pushups

Keeping chest tall sit your hips back, as you press off your loving foot bring that leg to knee. Keep core tight. 

*add dumbbells for added burn*

Side lunge with knee tuck

Turkish Get Up
