Good workout. I think I would’ve liked the squats to be weighted to be a lil more challenging. I never did the toes in calf raises so that was a bit weird for me n didn’t cause me to totally feel it in my calves but more of a struggle to even get up. I probably just need to practice on that more. Overall I liked everything though
