It was a good workout, cut down on the rest time.
Just want you to know that I’m combining my own workout routine with yours. So i do the opposite of what I’m doing from yours for the day for my own routines. Can’t wait to see at the end of March. 😉

I think the reps should increase to either 12-15 or sets should increase to 4. I felt like i finished too fast but overall it was good
