I’ve been in the gym most of my life, but I have found that my body doesn’t like hard core workouts anymore. So I took a long break from the gym and I was trying to find new workouts that offered a mix/schedule of both strength training and yoga/pilates, so I my knees don’t hurt in the morning. So far, I’m loving this slow and steady pace.
